For this design, we were challenged to create a fully type-based poster design without relying on any illustrative visuals. In response, I developed a custom wavy logotype that plays with rhythm, contour, and motion to allow the typography to behave like an image. The primary wave pattern becomes the signature identity of the logo, while the secondary, lighter gradient wave flows through the background to echo its form and add depth without overpowering the type.
A palette of pinks purples reinforces the fluid, expressive tone of the design, blending softness with vibrancy. The result is a poster that demonstrates how typography, when pushed beyond its traditional structure, can convey both personality and movement entirely on its own.
